Our Policy
At BESTAR Nails & Spa, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer repairs within 3 days with an original receipt required. We must be notified on the original day of service & please ensure that you appear within 3 days.
Appointments will only be honored up to 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time.
Any time over 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time, you may add your name to our walk-in list.
You are responsible for any broken or damaged equipment or products in the salon (Including broken nail polish bottles).
We have the right to refuse or stop service for any reason we deem necessary.
WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ALLERGIC REACTIONS DUE TO CERTAIN INGREDIENTS IN THE PRODUCTS OR BURNING DUE TO WAXING ON CLIENTS WHO ARE USING MEDICATIONS, UNDERLYING CONDITION, OR SENSITIVE SKIN. PLEASE INFORM YOUR TECHNICIAN OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS, SURGERIES, OR ALLERGIES.
PARENTS FOR GUARDIANS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CHILDREN (UNDER 15 YEARS OLD) AND THE SERVICE THAT THEY ARE GETTING.
No refund on lost or stolen gift vouchers.
Gift vouchers, gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
